You can now view your pay stubs online – anytime, anywhere. QuickBooks Workforce is an online website created by Intuit that lets you view your pay stubs and other payroll info.
Don’t have a computer? Don’t worry! You can also access QuickBooks Workforce from your mobile device.
Set up your QuickBooks Workforce Account
Learn how to set up your account in QuickBooks Workforce. That way you can view your pay stubs, W-2s, and more.
Once your employer sends you a link, you can use it to set up your Workforce account. Use it to:
· See your pay stubs, W-2s, and other employment info (like your home address and bank account)
· Provide your info when you're hired
New to QuickBooks Workforce? There are a few steps you need to do to get set up.
Step 1: Accept the invite from your employer
Before you can view your paychecks and W-2s, you need to accept the Workforce invite from your employer. Your invite is valid for up to 30 days from when it was sent.
Look for an email with the subject Meridian Airport Authority has invited you to view your pay stubs online. If you don’t see the invite, check your spam folder, or let your employer know about it. It’s possible they used an incorrect email.
Open the email, then select Create account or Sign in to accept the invitation.
Create an Intuit account with your email and a password. If you already have an Intuit account such as a previous QuickBooks Workforce, TurboTax, or Mint account, sign in with that email address and password.
If you already have a QuickBooks Workforce account, you can still accept another invite from a new employer. Give them the same email address you use for your existing QuickBooks Workforce account.
If you have access to QuickBooks Online, you will need to use a different email address for your QuickBooks Workforce account. We recommend using your work email address for QuickBooks Online and your personal email for Workforce
Step 2: Add your personal info (if available)
If you were recently hired by your employer, they may have invited you to add some of your personal info.
Open the email and click Get set up or Complete setup now (or Sign in).
Fill in all requested info: personal, W-4, and bank account. A bank account only appears if your employer selected to pay via direct deposit.
Check all of your info to make sure it's correct and sign your W-4.
Select Save or Submit.
Once you submit, your info is saved and your employer can see it. If you need to make any changes at this point, let your employer know.
Step 3: Turn on notifications for new pay stubs
You can get an email reminder every time your new pay stub is available. To set up this feature:
Go to workforce.intuit.com
Go to Settings ⚙.
Select Email Notification.
Select Send me an email when new pay stubs are available.
View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce

Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've set up your account, you can view your paychecks, W-2s, and other employment info such as your home address and bank account info.
Get your pay stubs
1. Set up your Workforce account if you haven't before.
2. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
3. Select Paychecks.
4. Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
5. Do one of the following.
Select Download on the pay stub you want to download
Select a pay stub to open and view, download or print it
If you see a Download all button below the paycheck list, select that to download all of your pay stubs at once (this is not available for everyone)
See your time off, year-to-date pay and personal info
Your Paychecks screen instantly gives you more info that matters to you.
Available time off: Check your vacation, sick, and other available time off balances
Year to date: Know your year-to-date gross and net pay, withholding, and deductions at a glance
Select Profile to see your personal, bank and tax info. If any of this information is incorrect or needs to be changed, let your employe know so they can update it.
Get your W-2s
You can view your W-2 copies B, C, and 2 from the W-2 screen. For added security, you might have to verify your phone number or some of your personal info first.
Go to W-2 menu.
Select the W-2 copy that you want to view or download (and then print).
Don’t see your W-2s?
You'll see your W-2s as soon as your employer makes it available before January 31. Historical W-2s are available up to the past 3 years.
There are a few reason W-2s may not be available:
We haven't received your W-2 yet
We received your W-2 and are still working on it
Your employer didn't use QuickBooks Payroll to file your W-2
You should get your W-2 by mail in early February. If you haven't received it by then and can't access it here, contact your employer.
How do I change my email address or password?
Here’s how to change your email or password for your Intuit account. Note: if you change your email or password, this will change your sign in with TurboTax, Mint, or other Intuit products you may use. Updating this won’t change the address your employer has on file.
Go to Settings ⚙.
Select Account settings.
Select Sign In & Security or Personal Info to change your email address or password.
How do I change my personal info?
You’ll need to contact your employer to make changes to your name, address, W-4, or bank account info.
Why can’t I see my W-2s, yet?
It takes a little time for Intuit or your employer to file your W-2s,. You should be able to view your W-2s, in QuickBooks Workforce by January 31 at the latest. If it is past this date, notify your employer.
