Code of Ethics

The following Code of Ethics has been adopted to promote and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and professional standards among the Authority’s employees. Adherence to this Code is required by all employees and serves to assure public confidence in the integrity and service of the Authority. 

  • Maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct.

  • Uphold all laws and regulations relating to the Authority’s activities.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of privileged information.

  • Avoid all conflicts of interest and the appearance of any conflict of interest.

  • Conduct oneself in such a manner that one’s actions do not reflect unfavorably on the Authority or on fellow employees.

  • Maintain a pleasant working environment and harmonious employee relationships within the work place.

  • Instill in co-workers and the public a sense of confidence about the conduct and intentions of the Authority.
