WAREHOUSE ONE

Warehouse One is located 1/4 mile south of Interstates 20 and 59 off four lane Highway 11 South. This property is flat and all utilities are located on site. Warehouse One was originally built as an aluminum extrusion facility. The roof was replaced in 2017 and all lighting has been updated to LED fixtures as of 2024.

 

There's over 800 linear feet of trenches in the north 50% of the building. Warehouse One has an interior truck well that can serve four truck positions. Each position has a 12'x15' electric roll-up door with automatic levelers & bumpers. There are two 3-ton trambeam cranes with 64' span, 480' travel and 20' clearance, along with a 1-ton crane in the forklift battery area.
