TRAVELER UPDATES: Coronavirus Response

Meridian Regional Airport is working to ensure the health and well-being of the public during this ever-evolving health situation. For traveler guidance on the Coronavirus, visit the CDC website.

Meridian Regional Airport continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH). Meridian Regional Airport prides itself in a clean and safe environment and will continue to take precautions to ensure the safety of our passengers and employees. We encourage all passengers to follow the CDC’s guidance for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

 

These guidelines include: 

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue away in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

  • Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

In order to enter Meridian Regional Airport Terminal, all passengers and non-passengers are required to wear a face mask. 

 

Terminal Hours: 5:15 am – 7:30 am
